For the first time, SCP is offering Portuguese Cooking Classes in its historic facilities! What better place to learn how to make Portuguese food (or make it better) than at a place that is practically Portugal here in the United States?
We have brought in a top chef, Francisco Rosa, that is known for creating the most amazing Portuguese dishes for the highly acclaimed Alfama Restaurant in New York City to teach 3 sessions.
In each class, you will learn how to make a traditional portuguese full course menu. It will start with appetizers, follow with a main course, and finish with dessert.
Each week will be a different menu.
All classes will be held on Tuesdays from 6:15 PM until 9:00 PM. Space is limited to 8 people per class so please sign up online prior to the class date. We hope to see you there!

As aulas terão início a 5 de Abril, com Chef Francisco Rosa do Alfama Restaurant e Campino Restaurant, e decorrerão à terca-feira, das 6:15 PM às 9:00 PM, seguindo-se a degustação dos pratos entretanto preparados.
